The room was nice, and very clean. The location was pretty good, especially if you are up for a 25 min walk to the Old Town of Krakow. The staff, however, were not very welcoming and warm. The overall feeling was like we were bothering everyone when we were checking in, using spa facilities and checking out. At times, certain personnel were pretty rude. Would not stay here again.

Nice, modern and clean hotel in a very good location near Kazimierz Gallery shopping centre. Good breakfast buffet with multiple choices. Friendly staff in the hotel restaurant. However, staff at the bar did not pay much attention to guests. Very good food at the hotel restaurant. Slow checkin. Since hotel could not meet our original requirements, both our rooms got upgraded.
