Baan Pinya's Luxury villa, providing 3 separate en-suite luxury bedrooms which are positioned around the patio of a huge 16m pool. A large open plan kitchen with Italian tiling sits adjacent to the dining table which seats 8. A perfect property for 6 adults and up to 3 children.
A fourth bedroom accommodation can be included if needed by combining this 3 bedroom pool villa with our 1 bedroom executive bungalow which is located directly across the access road of our cul-de-sac.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a private pool, an electric kettle, and a safe.
