Kootenay Rockies Vacation Packages

It’s a favorite place for Canadians. It was full the day we went because it was July 1st. Since I had to wait 30 min plus at past midnight for the bathroom to be cleaned I expected some kind of freebie since I added another hr to my long travel. I was offered 20%off next stay which I don’t think I’ll ever use. Make plans to stay somewhere else where’s there’s more options for hotels.

Spotless bathroom, common living room, big tv, comfy bed, helpful staff

Nice well maintained property.

It was really expensive and only 2 places to eat at for dinner, or you had to drive into town. The hotel staff was really nice and the staff at the bar legends was really nice. But the menu is very limited small. They need sandwiches and other options. The hotel was nice and quiet until the weekend came and then it was full of families with kids running up and down the hall and in the room above us. I got some cleaning supplies and cleaned the sinks, tub and microwave. But the drain in the shower/tub was clogged with hair (you could see it down the drain) and our couch had a broken leg. The elevator sounds like it’s going to breakdown, so we mostly used the stairs. The ride on the chair lift on Saturday to see the view was outrageous!!!! Ridiculously expensive!! But other than that it was lovely.
