Good place for the price, but the room I was in was showing it's age. Stain on the shower ceiling and the toilet sounded like a turbine engine when flushed. Wasn't a big fan of the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom. Other than that, the room was clean, service was wonderful, and the bed comfortable. Will stay here again.

The room and bathroom were very clean. No mildew in bathroom (my pet peeve). The breakfast looks better than tastes. Undercooked plain potatoes, odd egg rounds, muffins and cinnamon buns were hard and stale, tables were dirty (also annoying no sanitization of tables since so many coughing kids in the room). Hotel is 20 - 30 min up the road from main Dollywood area, but nice since quiet and much less crowded. Kayla at front desk was super friendly. If not for breakfast let down, would stay there again.

Husband and I were very happy with our room. Ladies were nice at checkout desk. Able to check in a few minutes early. Room was spacious and comfy. Bed was very comfortable. Room was in good shape. Definitely will stay here again when back in area.
