"Front desk was very nice and housekeeping did a good job. Place is dated, everything in my 4th floor room was tired- tub, chipped and worn. Duvet and bed linens thin. Mattress was comfortable. Carpets in rooms and hall rugs need replacing. Pool was ok- but needs some attention to decking, doors and aging windows. Good staff. Interior Physical appearance and quality need serious upgrading. Great location-"

"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Casinos and Olde Mystic Village. It was definitely dated in style but clean and comfortable. Breakfast didn't have many options but enough to make due and the coffee was good. Staff in the lobby was very helpful at check in and check out"
