Hotel was quiet and clean. It was not spotless, but definitely not dirty. They served breakfast despite only 4-5 cars in the parking lot. The lobby door locked at night which added to security.

It was the best value during our two week trip. The room was spotless and the price was the lowest during our 15-day trip. The whole building seems very new. We feel lucky to have come upon such a hotel.

This stay started off well with a truly nice person at the front desk. He made me feel welcome from the first moment I saw him. The room seemed quite new and was immaculate. I had a nice nights sleep and was comforable.

We arrived here around 2am and chose this hotel because there was very limited pet friendly availability between Kansas City and St. Louis that was under $150. When we arrived and were informed that the pet fee was $25 *per cat*, I had a little bit of sticker shock since we rarely travel with pets. We did get a free upgrade to a king suite though, which was nice. The room was small, but the bathroom and especially the shower was quite large and the entire room had hard wood floors. The room did seem updated with modern furniture, a large tv and a smart mirror, which was cool. When we came into the room, we noticed quite a few [pet] damages like scratches on the floor and complete pieces missing where the floor and the wall connected that exposed the concrete floor. We realized at this point that we were likely given a free upgrade because it was a pet room, but we didn’t mind at the time. My girlfriend also noticed the floor was a bit dirty including a cat or dog food kernel in the corner of the bathroom under the sink, but I didn’t realize notice. The experience so far I would’ve given 5 stars, but that all changed when we woke up. When we first woke up, we noticed just how dirty the floors actually were. I don’t know if all hotel floors are this dirty and it was only noticeable in this room because it was all hard wood floors, but we couldn’t take 1 step without the bottom of our feet being filthy and covered in particles. This is a basic hotel. Spotless clean with freshly renovated rooms. Pretty much the only 2 star hotel that I would stay in. Definitely stop here when traveling. Or going to 54 Ciuntry

The staff was kind. Since check-in took a while, they gave us 3 free bottles of water and a can of pineapple juice. The beds were fine, and the hotel was quiet. The room was very small...just enough room to maneuver around the beds. We did get cable TV and the Game Show Network, which the kids like. The bathroom had some unsightly marks on the side of the tub and a dusty open round vent hole in the wall that should have had some kind of cover over it. There was also no fan in the bathroom. Our biggest complaint is that the pool was 60 degrees. Way too cold to use! I had specifically inquired about the pool before our stay, and I wish I had been told that it was unheated and the room unlit. The only lights were coming from the pool itself and the windows. We were very disappointed that we didn't get to swim. We will not stay here again.

Didn't chose breakfast. Seems a little too dark in the dinning area. They were going thru renovations and putting in a new water heater which will help the cold/hot shower. Over all the bed was comfy and the room clean and modern.

Room was clean and stocked well, staff was nice and efficient. The breakfast definitely needs some attention. Eggs were gross with fake cheese, coffee was awful, nothing really out for breakfast and there were more than 5 people waiting for breakfast. Good area to walk pet and eating establishments close by.
