The room was very clean and comfortable, but there was a disturbance in the room across the hall from us. Cops were called. No fault of the hotel, though. There was also, I'm thinking a child, running and jumping around on the floor above us.

Property was well cared for and the staff was very kind. The down side, the beds were extra firm, so not comfortable at all to say the least. If you have back or neck pain, I would not recommend staying at this location for that reason solely.

We loved our 2 night stay. Ruby at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful! Beds were super comfy and the water pressure in the shower was amazing!! Very clean hotel!

GROSS!

This hotel was GROSS! the carpet was filthy and the room smelled like wet dog. The towels were so stained and worn out they look like twenty year old towels. We didn't receive one towel that wasn't yellowed and stained. Same with the washclothes and hand towels. That being said the staff was very friendly and the bathtub in the room was brand new and clean, just don't dry off after you shower.

For the most part the place was very clean but I marked it down to a 4 because the nightstand had spots on it that just wiped right off, as if they didn’t clean it. There were hairs in the shower and the toilet rim wasn’t cleaned. It just looked like the last clean was deficient so it’s probably not a chronic thing. The breakfast was great. Indoor swimming pool and exercise rooms looked nice. The staff were friendly. It is a great place for the price.

The grounds and the building itself were clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Beds are comfortable also. Location was not far from the interstate, and near to shopping nearby. Overall, a good experience and would stay here again in the future.

My stay at the Best Western Teal Lake Inn was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, exceptionally clean, had fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The hotel is in a central location to stores, restaurants, and gas stations. This location has two floors and no elevator which was disappointing but, there are not many steps to get to 2nd floor and the stairwells are located at both ends and middle of the 2nd floor which makes it convenient to get to either front desk, parking lot or ice machine, also on 1st floor, without doing a lot of walking. (You may request 1st floor accommodations or if needed, an accessible room.) There is a nice pool and workout room conveniently located next to the very spacious rest rooms also on 1st floor. The buffet style breakfast included eggs, link sausage, biscuts, gravy, a waffle maker, muffins, bread, a variety of cereal and instant hot cereal. Fruit and yogurt were also available. The coffee was available 24/7 (which was great), hot water for tea provided and orange juice and apple juice. The lobby has very comfortable sofas and chairs, a large flat screen tv, a faux fireplace and a work station desk with computer and printer! Needless to say, I will definitely be recommending this hotel.

Excellent site for older father and adult son

Cleaning was efficient and always done when we were out of the room. We appreciated the breakfast but the coffee quality could have been better. Overall, the stay was good with a satisfactory price.
