The hotel insisted that I didn't have a confirmation number to stay in the hotel. The hotel asked that I pay cash. The hotel kept my money and has no record of the transaction and insists that I DID stay in the hotel room and will not refund my money. Even though I have another Expedia itinerary number confirming an additional stay, I was forced to book. I paid for a hotel room twice.

Bed was comfortable, overall quiet area to get a decent night's sleep. David at the front desk was great. Hot tub did not work and water was tepid. Door to adjoining room would not lock. Everything is shabby and the overall property is not being maintained very well.

Floor of common areas needed cleaning. Lights were burnt out, and the toilet in the room did not flush properly. The breakfast items tasted like freezer burn. The landscaping around the property was not maintained.

Filthy place

There was black mold on the bathroom door. There was poop all over the toilet. There was food and something sticky all over the desk and there was blood on the comforter. The staff was nice though.
