Terrible
The hotel is dated. They have not kept the rooms in great condition. For example, the washrooms are very dated, grime and small amounts of mold can be seen with naked eye. The carpet in the rooms has a musty smell. There are cob webs in the corners.
We stayed for two nights and there were five of us. Our room wasn’t cleaned while we were away during the day on day 1 of our stay. Garbage had piled high over two days. We did not get a replishment of towels or toilet paper. I went down to speak with the GM and told him that our room wasn’t cleaned and that we needed towels ( we had dinner reservations at 7pm and I asked for the towels at 4:30 pm). He told me that some one would come to the room to deliver the towels. 30 mins passes and still no towels. I went back down and demanded the towels as we all needed to shower and depart in under two hours.
The pool area was disgusting. The humidity levels in the pool area were gross and smell of chlorine was significant. It’s almost if they just threw chlorine in the pool to cover something up.
The biggest issue was that the room wasn’t cleaned and our items that we needed weren’t replenished.
