Although I have stayed at this location on several occasions, we didn't enjoy our stay in Room 141 on the first floor. We decided to splurge and get a king-size bed room. This room was clean and loved the heated floor in the bathroom as small as it was.However, being located right next to the laundry room while someone was doing laundry at 11:30pm on a Saturday night, listening to the cycle spinning was annoying. However, nothing compared to listening to the back side entrance door slamming in and out constantly throughout the late evening and starting again in the early hours while we were still trying to sleep. You didn't need your key card as the door wasn't latching. The noise constanty woke us up throughout the evening and started super early in the morning. If you're expecting a good night sleep, ask for a different room than 141. While checking out, I was never asked how my stay was, so I'm leaving my comments here. The kitchen staff were AMAZING, polite, courteous, attentive and helpful. Easy parking and loved that there was a Boston Pizza right next door.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the manager who checked with us many times to ensure we were comfortable . The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was bright and clean however the shower curtain had a very strong mold smell which permeated the entire suite. The heated pool was a lovely feature however it needed to be scrubbed along the sides and it needed to be skimmed. The rugs really should be replaced with flooring to make things more sanitary and help with the smell throughout the hallways and the rooms.

Change all the carpets! They give a musty smell abd fix the doors going into the side doors..rusty abd hard to open. Window on corridor on second floor was dirty. Coffee was filuted and scrambled eggs were from powder. Charge so much money for what they offer.
