Shady business practice

I was not told over the phone when I called multiple times to ask about the pet policy. I was charged 50 dollars plus 25 a night. I understand that I will receive the 50 back in “a few business days” as I was told but the fact that I called and asked and was not told of the charge to me is very shady business practices. I don’t like surprise cost when I arrive somewhere. This hotel is not worth 200 a night which is what I end up paying. I would have stayed at the la Quinta instead where they do not have surprise fees when you arrive. I tried to give a choice brand hotel a chance and after this I experience I will stay with the other guys. I am disappointed to say the least at the lack of transparency from this hotel.

Several dining and shopping options near by. I could not use the eliptical machine, it was not plugged in and too close to the wall. but staff was very nice and let me move rooms.

Well all was good until about 9:30 am the house keepers tried to come through the door. Thank goodness I had the latch on or they would have seen it all! She then preceded to try and talk lady gtfo!!! Otherwise very cozy clean room

Highly recommend

It was great. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast bar fantastic and they kept tables clean. And within walking distance of great restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel.
