Rooms were clean and huge. Only complaint I have is the box spring mattress but other than that rooms were well maintained.
There was no towels available on arrival so we were given pool towels to use. The bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was worn out. Killed a cockroach in the room.
I liked the hotel was a boutique, and reasonably priced.
I found hair that was not mine in the tub. The staff was excellent.
It was “under construction”. The room had been redone and looked nice, but the facility itself was falling apart. I’m pretty sure we were sleeping on a box spring only! The bed hurt our backs badly. Worst experience EVER. Do NOT STAY HERE.
We wanted to stay here but I was so mad that it was misrepresented on the website it looks really rundown on the outside paint peeling off the walls on the exterior overall grimy looking place. I really don’t know why you all feature them on your website when there are chain hotel that keep to a higher standard that . Because of this experience I will think twice about booking with orbitz and use it as an absolute last resort.

As part of our effort to offer the best, we have made some repairs to the stucco which resulted in discoloration which will be taken care of soon.
