Didnt make me run for the hills

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The pictures were a little misleading but overall it was decent for the rate and served us well. The pool water was very murky - decided not to test the waters so to speak.

First time here never heard of the place and drive by it all the time, however, needed a quick overnight stop and this place didn’t disappoint. Would stay here again if given the chance.

Everything was average. The pool was open but not for swimming. They were cleaning it and putting chemicals in it. There was pool noodles and inflatables all over. The hot tub was open air and lukewarm. The room we stayed in had no iron, no hair dryer, and cheap lamps that were broken. I found a pair of contacts on the floor near my bed and remains of bugs. I was so disgusted. The breakfast was very average but I’m happy there was a variety of breakfast foods. The assistant Renee was so helpful, accommodating and even went out of his way to get us a hair dryer. He was very friendly and considerate too. The last remark was the front door, curtains were dirty.

Upon arrival, my room had broken furniture, one lamp that didn't work, all 3 light bulbs in vanity in bathroom were missing, lamp shade deteriorating and son's adjoining room's shower didn't work. Also, witnessed DUI driver hit parked car in parking lot next night!

Nice sized room ,large refrigerator. No washcloths, stayed 6 nights and room was never cleaned. Pool temperature was nice, no pool towels provided. Plenty of closet space and drawers. No rug to wipe your feet on. No towel bar at sink area.

Booked and Confirm Reservation, emailed and verbally Communicated With Linda about late Arrival. Paid for a Two Bedroom Luxury Room In full. Called to inform them of arrival was told Reservation Was Canceled. They Eventually Assigned a king Bedroom That had Several plumbing Issue’s That never was fixed or Repaired. While We had Access to The Room. Customer Service and Demeanor was Very Disheartening.

Very friendly staff

Staff was very friendly. We checked in at 9pm and left early so we didn’t use much of the facilities. Breakfast was good and plenty to pick from. No issues with our stay.
