Room was spotless and the hotel is in an amazing location central to the bars and high street - we had a problem with the heating in our room but the issue was resolved quickly. Breakfast in the hotel was nice and the staff helpful and friendly - will visit again

Parking is not close to hotel. About a 10 min walk. There is no way to pull car up and unload bags. So don’t book this hotel if you can’t get your luggage down very bumpy sidewalk for ten min walk. Hotel walls are so thin you hear snoring of neighboring rooms and everyone walking down hallways. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, but they can’t improve these noise and parking problems.

Not a bad experience. Staff was great, hotel lobby and room were clean. There is shopping, coffee, and food right next door. Property is close to several other restaurants and attractions in the area that you can walk to. The only problem is that everything is very old. I felt like I was staying at the hotel in the movie the shining. Rooms and bathrooms are straight from the 1970’s. Like I said, not a bad experience but everything does need to be renovated.

This was our worse stay in Ireland. The staff was stuffy and curt. The room wasnt very clean. Room was hot and we couldnt keep window open as a street light blared through window. No waters were in the room. I had to go to front desk in the middle of night to get water since we were blazing. Halways smelt terrible. I wouldn't have complained but upon check out I was accidentally booked 2 nights, we checked out on time for a 1 night. Expedia called to get a refund on the extra night like the front desk told me to do. The management refused due to a 48 hour cancelation policy, but we booked the room the same day how could we cancel any sooner? The hotel was full and we checked out with plenty of time for them to sell the rooms that night. Crooks! The only bright spot was the restaurant attached which had good food.
