The Pinecone Cozy Apartment is part of a holiday home located vey close to Fiscardo, near the village of Magganos, with a full view of the west, giving our guests their best sunsets. It is 40m2 with one bedroom and one bathroom. sleeping 2 people very comfortably on the king size bed, our apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, gas stove and electric oven, toaster, kettle, espresso maker (full pack of coffee pods included) and all necessary utensils and crockery. There are 2 connected outside areas, the deck terrace where the hot-tub is placed (all private to the apartment guests) and the balcony outside the bedroom. The outdoor lounge also equipped with a bbq, is all to yourselves from which you can watch the sunset with your favourite wine and dinner. Also an excellent spot for your morning workout. However, it is very conveniently located, almost 5 minutes away from Fiscardo and even closer to the pebbled beaches of Emblisi, Dafnoudi, Kimilia and many more. The sunset and the starry summer sky, are an ideal spot to enjoy a cool drink after a very hot day before you head to an unforgettable evening at the cosmopolitan Fiscardo or the quiet village of Assos, less than 20 minutes from the house. The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
