Wir mussten bis nach 16:39Uhr wsrten bis das Zimmer gereinigt war obwohl der Chevkin am 15:00 Uhr möglich sein sollte. Ausser uns warteten noch mehrere Göste auf ihr Zimmer. Auf der Etage war dann auch immerhin eine Putzkraft beschäftigt - bei einer starken Nachfrage wie an diesem Tag (AC/DC Konzert) müssen dann einfach zusätzliche Putzkräfte organisiert werden. Die Nachfrage war ja bekannt.

Ok but expected a bit more.

GgWell located, confusing with different name om the outside. I found three different names om the hotel. Should have had more to offer than pizza! Comfy beds and a mini fridge, good! Check in took some time but I guess thats the bureucracy in Germany that mandates that?

Warning. They say they have air conditioning but they don’t. We stayed here on a hot summer day and became painfully aware of this. They apparently have a “central ventilation system for air circulation” which in my opinion does not cut it when it’s 32c/90f outside.

The only reason I am NOT giving this hotel 5 stars is because our room was never cleaned during the six days we stayed. We asked at the front desk and both times we returned to a room that had not been cleaned. Primarily we just wanted the garbage emptied and some new towels. No explanation, it just wasn't done. Other than that, I was happy with the hotel, the room and it's location.
