"Highly recommend if you're looking for an alternative to mega-resorts. Property size made it easy to navigate, especially if travelling with friends. Food options were all tasty, pool & room service reasonably speedy. Nice rooms. A couple notes for your booking consideration, if you're oceanfront but lower floor, your ocean view may be obstructed by trees. If you use resort credits for the spa, you only have access to the treatment not the facilities-- which was strange. There were lots of weddings, at least one for each day we were there. Also, a fair amount of corporate travellers. On the last day, people were running around in suits and lanyards-- usually the scene I'm trying to leave back home. Lastly, just a tip not an issue, prices in their bottle shop were 4-5x higher than at home prices, so if you want something specific bring it with you."

"Initially had a swim out room on the seaside suite side of the resort. If you don’t want to constantly hear loud music and screaming 24/7 I would highly recommend booking on the palm side of the resort. It is a night and day difference and so peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for! All the staff were super accommodating and friendly, the palm side of the resort is a lot nicer and more of the restaurants are on that side as well as access to all pools. Our trip was changed for the better immediately after changing to the palm side of the resort and had no complaints once being switched. Excellent service, lots of food options, cabanas everywhere, and beautiful. "
