While the room was clean, sheets were clean and pillows fluffy, the bed was very hard and the outlet by sink was so loose, hair dryer wouldn’t stay plugged in. Toilet was loose and rocked when I sat on it

The first room I was assigned smelled of strong cigarette smoke.Therefore, I requested to change rooms.However, the second room, the floor was filthy.The bathroom was filthy.I pulled out my lysol wipes and spray to wipe everything down and use my own pillow. I should be fined and ashamed.
