The room was less than expected. Bathroom door squeeked when opened and closed. That’s bad in the middle of the night. TV did not work. Bathroom vanity was very small. Unable to leave anything on the bathroom vanity. Staff was courteous. They charge extra for services that most hotels offer for free.

Super easy check in/out. Clean & quiet. This was right before the holidays so there were not kids sports teams. Super quiet & clean, easy parking. Our Keuring wasn’t working properly but that was the only hiccup.

I did the digital check in so I could “skip” the line to check in, but then it made me go shoe my ID to check in so had to stand in line to check in. So that was pointless! Elevator was broke when we tried to go downstairs! Hot tub was not very hot

All staff were professional, the facilities were well maintained, but the building was built poorly, which not much can be done about; you could hear people talking in an adjacent room and people walking (or should I say “stomping?”) on the floor above my room. Hilton Garden Inn OP is a very good hotel, and there are much worse hotels in the area, but there are also somewhat better hotels in the vicinity, too.

We did not have breakfast because of the cost. Restaurant/bar did not have beer on tap. Excellent staff. Spacious room with nice bathroom. Toilet ran which I reported. Hot tub was nice but got cloudy over the weekend.
