Room was not only dated, but there were stains/marks on the walls, chipped furniture, and the carpet was sticky (disgusting)… Chairs in the patio area were broken. The place just was not worth the money spent. Hilton hotels are usually very reliable and nice. If you are staying in the Olathe area, be sure to check out other properties before deciding to choose The Hilton

Nice hotel and staff. The rooms are clean but beat up. The furniture that is stained dark brown has scratches that maintenance should take care of. That is my only recommendation. I would recommend this hotel.

I really have no complaints about my stay, we stayed in the suite and the room was absolutely spacious and comfortable. The shower was huge so that was nice as well. It was also nice to have the doors to the bedroom to make it really feel like you had the privacy of another room as well. Would definitely stay and recommend for future use!
