Room was incredibly hot upon arrival. Sidewalk from handicap parking was not ADA compliant, there was a trash can blocking the entire sidewalk. Room smelled stale and dusty.

Our bed was broken. Two of the middle legs were laid over underneath, causing the bed to sag greatly in the middle. The pool and hot tub were both green. Very poorly kept for a Holiday inn. The toilet in our room wouldn't flush properly and my husband was told "well come to the front desk and get a plunger". Not a great stay at all.

The convenience of the proximity to the highway. There were a few things that could be improved upon: Lighting in the bathroom was awful Water pressure in the shower was poor The mattress was a little too soft One of our room access cards only worked on the outside door into the facility, and not to the room
