We'd stayed there, in this new hotel, 3 months ago, but it's gone down hill since then! The heater made banging and screaming noises (like a fire alarm going off) in the middle of the night! Outlet in bathroom didn't work. And towels are all frayed with long strings hanging from the ends. Bathroom vent was filthy and dripping water. Hotel needs some maintenance help.

Great friendly, helpful, and efficient reception staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Plenty of USB charge points is a good design feature. Minus point? No bath plug for tub.
Room not very clean or ready for the number of guests staying in my room. Called to ask for bedding and towels to accommodate number of visitors and was told I need to stop at the front desk to pick up items instead of bring them To my room or having it prepared before chec-in.
New motel. Very well maintained and clean! Great location easy access.
That it was brand new! Did not like the excuse about them being short staffed over the weekend so couldn’t change our my towels or get to my room. However, the good outweighed any of this. Great hotel, just need to keep up on the staffing which I know will be harder to keep in this location. Pay your employees people!
