While the facility itself could use some better quality repairs and finished, the staff was outstanding! They were consistently pleasant the entire stay! Although I didn’t use the laundry facilities, I love that they were complementary because that is extremely unusual! Also, although I didn’t use the Fitness facility, it was very small and left a lot to be desired.

I'll start by saying we didn’t stay at Candlewood but rather their sister hotel Studio 6 (motel 6). Four days prior to our arrival we were bounced out of Candlewood and moved to Studio 6. They did take care of moving the reservation with the exception of taking care of the difference in prices between the two. Because we booked with Expedia we had to do it. With that said we were very happy with the Studio 6 and the ratings about the rooms and staff are about Studio 6 not Candlewood Suites.

Night staff was really friendly and helpful. Building is older and shows it. Surprised that there was no breakfast but with full kitchen and stores nearby, we managed fine. We won't choose this hotel again although it IS convenient.
