Great property. Location as key for us. Super close to town and with all the weekend traffic that comes to Julian it was great to be able to walk into town easily. Place was clean and had all of the amenities we needed.

My wife and I loved the property, not only that but how private the yard and property are, it really feels like you are out on the mountains private and only being about a block away from the main street is impressive. Not to forget my Service dog had loads of fun running around in the yard. We also loved the view the property has especially for golden hour. For the inside of the property loved the high ceilings, everything just makes you feel cozy as soon as you walk past the door. We'll definitely be back soon for another getaway. Such a great location, walking distance to the main drag of Julian, but enough off of the beaten path that there weren't swarms of people, even at midday on a Saturday. The only (and I mean only) suggestion I have for improvement was the oddly sweet smoky smell that permeated through the cabin - understandable, as the fireplace seemed very old, and there was a wood fire pit outside, but it was like they tried to cover it with air freshener and it just didn't work. Not a detractor at all, we still loved our stay!
