A newly renovated condo with all the latest and greatest furnishings. 3 bedrooms with queen beds all with new mattresses as well as new bedding. There's lots of storage in each bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. The 2nd bathroom has a double sink. A private balcony/patio with outdoor furniture where you can sit and enjoy views of the city and mountains. There's lots of unique restaurants and shopping within walking distance. East Tennessee State University is directly across the street with a covered walkway. There's 3 hospitals within 4 miles. One of those is the Veteran's hospital. This is a gorgeous place, don't miss out.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
