This property did not have doors that locked. We could see the outside through the door frame. We did not feel safe here. Literally slept with all of our valuables in our pockets.

Property advertised as recently remodeled rooms. Property was being cleared out but not remodeled, it was very old and run down. Room had bugs and door barely closed. Looked like homeless people and vagrants living in first floor rooms. Had to find other accommodations because it was so bad. I will never use Expedia again if this is the way they review their accommodations before placing on their website. I'm 68 years old and stayed in many hotels, motels and condos in my life and this was, by far, my worst experience ever.

Very nasty & unsafe had to stay because there was nowhere else to stay on race weekend. Door won't close all the way, also had a key style lock. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here!!

I need a budget friendly place to book on Tuesday in Johnson City for Thursday night and I got this place. I booked before reading reviews and the reviews really scared me. But i braved it and lodged there and it wasn't that bad. They have old furniture and beddings but they are clean. My room has new bath and toilet installed. There is a TV, a refrigerator and a microwave which are all useful

Does not look like the pictures

Cigarette ash and holes in the comforter. Bugs dead and alive. Bathroom had hair in it, on toilet. I didn’t mind the visual of rehab project. We had soap, shampoo towels and the beds were fine. No leaks, water in shower fine. Toilet worked fine. Check in/out was easy.

The Worst Ever and to be Treated So Bad

A horrible experience and Hotels.com won't let me say how bad it was. No profanity, no personal information was shared just the horrible experience it was and my review blocked twice.

This hotel is AWFUL. Staff was kind, truly. But the room and neighbors were ghetto. Room smell was like straight pinesol or lysol slapping you in the face. Walls disgusting. Beds gross. No nightstands. Druggie neighbors. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
