The room was nothing like the photo.... i took pucs of how horrible it was. The toliwt leaked and wobbles... there was wires hanging out of cieling with a sock attached to it...i would greatly share the photos if i could... its a very sketchy place... and the management was very rude

Dude at the desk literally told me no when I came to check in so I didn’t even get to stay and had to find another hotel on short notice. the place looked horrible and the office area smelled really bad.

I would not stay there this plase is nasty dirty graffiety all over the wales in side. no pillows,sheets torn. not ADA compliant .

The pictures do not match the property. The property is very run down. Customer service was non existent. He walked me to see the room and I took 2 steps in there and immediately turned around and found another hotel. And had to wash the bottom of my shoes

It was a Little dirty in the bathroom wife had to clean before she took shower. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as higher priced places But was comfortable.

We had made a reservation a week prior and when we pulled into the parking lot the owners were outside walking around the lot. They went over to our car and said that there were no vacancies and directed us to the motel behind them called 11E. That place was horrendous!! We walked into the office and the guy behind the counter offered to let us see the room before we rented and thank goodness he did because as we stepped into the room a ROACH was actively crawling across the floor. The mini fridge was rusted; the overall cleanliness of the room was disgusting. Thankfully, we decided to just go to the Red Roof Inn and the stay there was much better. Overall, we will not be returning to either of those motels.

Unbelievably Gross

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen, photos attached. Not only is it nasty it is unsafe. Having this property on hotels.com has seriously made me consider never using the site again. No exaggeration, but to use the bathroom I left and went to Walmart, while there I bought a shower curtain and sheet to put over the bed and new pillows. Photos are attached of this property and hope you remove it immediately

I made a reservation for this hotel. When I arrive and inform them that I had a reservation and I am there to check in.. they without even checking the books looked at me very disrespectful and tells me how they have no rooms.. I informed them once again I had a reservation they again informed me no rooms.. This place desperately needs either new management or a new owner who is more inclined to do business with a paying customer!! I will never stay at this place again not only that but I will inform everyone I talk to in the next few months that no one should stay at a place that conducted business in this manner because I look a certain way my money isn't good enough... I am very unsatisfied and angry about this

Booked the property through Expedia got there and the person didn’t speak any English, showed him the confirmation from Expedia and wasn’t able to get my room . Overall experience was not great one .

Spartan but comfortable; no hang-ups

My wife and I have spartan needs in a hotel room, and when we pay $55 for a room our expectations are certainly not extravagant. Our room was more spacious than expected, and there was plenty of space for folks with mobility issues (i.e. walkers) to get around in the sleeping area and the bath though we are not those. The room had the feeling of being recently renovated, as their sign suggests. However, the renovations appear to have stalled a bit. As promised, there was a TV, WiFi, Refrigerator, and microwave. The TV worked, but the WiFi was a bit slow. The fridge and microwave were present, but the fridge didn't work and - oddly - the microwave was sitting on a desk nowhere near an outlet. I'll presume it worked, but we didn't relocate it to confirm that thesis. What we found most unusual was the total lack of any place to hang things up. There weren't even towel racks in the bathroom, nor hooks on the door. Nowhere to hang clothes or a coat anywhere in the room. There wasn't even a holder for a roll of toilet paper; two rolls - each with about 1/4 of their content remaining - were left on top of the toilet tank for our convenience. There was also no trash can. All that said, we were fine. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable, though it lacked a headboard. If we have occasion to stay in Johnson City again we'll be back, if only to see whether we can hang our clothes and towels up.

Worse room experience I ever had!

This place is absolutely disgustin!! The old man! Owner was so very rude and the room smelled and but wore than that it had roaches everywhere! Then the owner tried to keep my money!! Worse experience other motels I ever had !!!!
