Location was good the room was dirty and old way to much furniture in the space you could barely walk around bathroom was spacious but dirty and it seems more like an extended stay than a hotel a lot of rift rafts at night and they are loud I stayed here before and it was wonderful now I do not think I will again or recommend!

Very dirty! I went to take a shower and there was a very damp washcloth hanging over the shower curtain, most likely from previous guest.
Rude, dirty and unkept! RUDE, Staff rudely questioned me when I went to desk to get towels, none in room. They gave me one! DIRTY, Sheets dirty, with poop stain, filth and q-tips under the bed, dirty refrigerator with food bits left in it, Walls floors not clean, carpet not vacuumed. UNKEPT, An air conditioning unit left as trip hazard for entire day/night in walkway to rooms, Weeds were taller than shrubs, headboard fell from wall repeatedly over stay, furniture needs replacing,. Was truly the worst hotel stay In my life! I have liked stays at Baymont in Bowling Green, KY and Clarksville, TN, whole resOn I chose here. NEVER AGAIN in Johnson City. Have pictures for those interested!
The pictures online did not come anywhere to look what the room look like. I ordered a suite the couch when folded out out touched the bed so you could not get out that side of the bed. The chair for the desk would not fit under it so there was no way to get out of the room with out moving chair every time. So probably won’t stay at there hotel ever again. If the pictures are wrong for one they might be all.

Lights and TV didn’t work. TV never worked even though we called and asked the front desk to help.

Room was dirty, some type of dirt or other unidentified debris all over the bathroom floor. the only time i had my shoes off was when in the room and when getting in the shower brownish/black color would come off the bottom of my feet indicating that the carpet in room was very dirty. Lamp shade on one of the lamps was smashed in and damaged leaving a poor image of room.
Friendly staff. Musty room. Did not operate heating or cooling due to uncleanly system fearing the release of mold spores.
Nice stay a little expensive but to be expected on a bristol race weekend.

No elevator to the 2nd floor. Carrying large luggage up and down metal steps outside was not what I expected. After I paid for my stay in full 3 weeks before my travel date, the hotel put another hold of funds on my card when I checked in causing an overdraft to my account and a hold of funds against my account that I did not owe! I was not pleased to say the least. When I inquired, they said it's when you use debit cards. Doesn't matter what I used, I had already paid in full in advance, nothing should have been held on my account. I will not be using or recommending the hotel to anyone.
First non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The second room's remote control did not work. Hotel staff was very helpful!!
