The staff were phenomenal! Give them a raise! The turn onto the street really needs to be marked by some type of lighted signage. It’s very difficult to determine where the turn is coming off of the highway. I also have concerns about the shuttered property across the street. We noted a homeless man camping in the carport. Safety is a concern and aesthetics is not pleasant . Perhaps repairing the floor areas that are worn and coming up would lend to a more clean feel. Also, please invest in nicer bath towels.

The building next door that has been shut down attracts homeless people which makes it feel unsafe at the hotel. Also offering some kind of breakfast would be nice. And a sign down by the end of the driveway would be helpful especially at night

Overall a good stay, quite and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Size of room was good. Size of bathroom towels were super small and very thin, these need to be replaced/updated. A couple of major buttons tv remote did not work. Lotion pump bottle didn't work and only one 1 tissue in Kleenx box. Unable to unlock and open patio door. These are easy fixes that could make this an excellent stay.

We didn’t wind up staying there and actually took the chance of having to lose the money that we had spent on the room. When I got there, the staff was very pleasant but… When I got to my room or at least the first room… I open the door and the room had not been cleaned yet mind you, this was at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I went back and explained the situation to the front desk and they were again very apologetic. They gave me keys to a different room that they knew was done. When I walked in that one, the ozone machine was still running the entire room smelled like ozone then went back down and tried to ask for a refund. They told me I couldn’t because I booked with Expedia and Expedia might not allow it. They proceeded to give me a third room key. When I walked into that room, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled like smoke. It was missing light fixtures, the Internet was extremely patchy, and the remote would not work for the TV this is my final straw, so I was out… We packed up our stuff and gambled, losing what we paid for it, but we were over it.
