Front desk staff were great Cleaning staff were great The sheets on the bed are thin, flimsy and cheap The fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on because of the mattress pad underneath it. It just kept slipping off as soon as you sat on the bed. Luckily, the housekeeping staff were super helpful and they replaced our sheets with some older thicker, better quality sheets, which were fantastic!! Kudos to the housekeeping team!! They also gave us an extra blanket as there was only one thin blanket, and one top sheet, which was just not enough! The extra blanket helped tremendously! Parking was great and easy The lighting iaround the rooms on the outside of the building was so bright that even the blackout shades couldn’t fully darken the room, which was tricky! Also, because I booked it through hotels.com They gave us the room right next to the ice machine, which is of course the high traffic area somewhat noisy! The rooms are clean and modern shower was great. The bed was comfy. Just wished it spent a little bit more effort on quality for the sheets, etc. Overall, pretty good stay great location downtown Sonora, close to all the restaurants and bars, etc.

The staff was corteous and helpful. The room’s floor were not as clean, including mold in the bathroom corners. There were also planks in the room that needed to be reattached. We could hear all the noise from the room above that had kids running all the time. They also forgot to do the cleaning of the room even when it was requested.
