This was a second time booking this hotel for my husband Work as I get when you book through Expedia their refund policy, however, when went to the front desk when work was canceled nobody’s fault, but I had booked two nights on two separate occasions and was only able to stay one night out of four charged nights and they were unwilling to work or even discuss some lining of credit for future stay or even some kind of percentage we were told no the first time we left a message for the manager and she was supposed to call us back and never bothered very unfortunate because my husband’s company does a lot of work and would bring them a lot of business but we will not recommend them or stay there again

My only complaint is the beds are kinda uncomfortable and worn. Otherwise ok. Rooms on the back side are quieter than the streetside.
