We stayed in the Heritage Inn, which was nice and clean. But the breakfast was at the adjacent lodge which was unclean and a small room with 15-20 guests at once, no place to sit and messy counters and rotten bananas.

We loved our stay at the Heritage Inn. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is located downtown in Old Sonora with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The room leaked on the bed and shower and the door. the door had a 1 inch gap top and bottom of door it smelled of mold and you could see the previous patches to hide the leaks also the bathroom had a terrible smell from the sink it was not properly attached called front desk they just said sorry should of been compensated Never coming back Im going to write owner and inform health department should be condemned..

Decent room for the price and hot breakfast. We were disappointed that we specifically asked for a downstairs room when we booked due to husband's difficulty climbing stairs. When we arrived we were told none were available and no elevator to the 2nd floor. Wish someone would've contacted us. We booked quite a few weeks ahead of time.

One of the loudest motels I have stayed at, constant banging and noise from other rooms and couldn’t tell if it was next door or under us. The motel has a lot of differed maintenance, peeling wall paper, dips in floor that squeak loudly and are sponge like when you step on them. Tv had to be replaced and phone never worked. Stayed there a week and only ate breakfast once because it was not good.

The traffic noise from the street was terrible. There was blood spatter on the wall next to the toilet. The beds had sheets only and 1 very thin blanket, so we were cold at night. And the wall heater/A/C unit did not work. The mattresses were so old we could feel the springs in the bed.

The rooms are small, yet clean and nicley appointed. There The grounds are just conrete and asphalt with no tables and grass. The breakfast area is locked and a lot of the guests are close to being homeless.
