room was very clean, mattress was too soft and no comfortable seating in the room. CASINO slots are very tight. Walk ways in the casino are very narrow and hard to negotiate. Very noisy in the casino and the cell service does not exist. Staff were very friendly.

Very nice hotel/resort. Rooms were clean and well stocked with great amenities. All the staff were so friendly and extremely helpful, from the front desk to the maid service and maintenance staff. The elevators are slow, but otherwise a great stay!

I was interested in New Year’s Eve events but no one of the crew seams been interested on give me information, most of them said they don’t know or tell me make my own search on line The front desk just show me a paper with the schedule to read it but doesn’t have details of booking prices manu etc She didn’t provide more information I like this place but I was lil disappointed of the lake communication to provide information I requested. I ask bartender,servers, front desk and all I got was there is going to be and event in one of the floors
