We didn’t wind up staying there and actually took the chance of having to lose the money that we had spent on the room. When I got there, the staff was very pleasant but… When I got to my room or at least the first room… I open the door and the room had not been cleaned yet mind you, this was at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I went back and explained the situation to the front desk and they were again very apologetic. They gave me keys to a different room that they knew was done. When I walked in that one, the ozone machine was still running the entire room smelled like ozone then went back down and tried to ask for a refund. They told me I couldn’t because I booked with Expedia and Expedia might not allow it. They proceeded to give me a third room key. When I walked into that room, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled like smoke. It was missing light fixtures, the Internet was extremely patchy, and the remote would not work for the TV this is my final straw, so I was out… We packed up our stuff and gambled, losing what we paid for it, but we were over it.
