Very good location

Property was as described, good location and typical VRBO type furnishings. Townhome was clean and Convienent. Only small complaint was I could not get in an hour or two early even though the place was ready for us without paying additional funds. It was just me wanting to go in and do some emails while I waited for the rest of the group to arrive via the airport.

Perfect location for family gathering

This lovely, large home that is deceptively tucked away in a quiet little cul-de-sac. The beach is only four blocks away, and the park and pond is even fewer. The openness of the family, dining, and kitchen allow for the flow of non-stop interaction while still affording one elbow room. The home was clean, bright, and smartly decorated.

Annual Green Bay Packer stadium tour

This was a beautiful townhouse. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Location was good; we took Ubers and walked to the restaurant/bar areas. We enjoyed the games in the garage. Wish we could have stayed longer and spent more time at the beach which is just 3 blocks away. The owner provides beach chairs, bikes, a cooler, boogie boards and toys for the beach. Wen would go back

Perfect for our need!

Clean, convenient, easy check in and out. Nice layout too. 6 of us had plenty of room. We had fun playing Ping Pong and Corn Hole. The huge TV was also a hit for watching Football.

A short walk to the beach, with practical amenities nearby!

The property had an open layout which was good for our group of four adults. The location made it easy to either spend time at the beach, or drive to nearby shopping. We had great weather and the ocean was perfect!

Tho we were here for a Funeral for our Love One….Our stay at this location was able to assist us with RELAXATION AND COMFORT…This home have everything that was needed for the BEACH and accessible to GREAT RESTAURANTS and SHOPPING…I will be back.. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Great spot!

Easy walk to a very quiet part of the beach, no public lots nearby. Very clean and modern and includes beach stuff and a wagon! The only thing that would make this spot a little better would be an outside shower for getting off the sand.

Great Place and Location

All of the comforts of home just a few blocks from the beach. We really enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and so much else. The property was beautiful with plenty of room for our family. We had everything we needed, and host communication was spot on. A wonderful place to stay in JAX Beach.

Great house close to the beach

We had a great family trip here! The house was just as pictured. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied, and plenty of space for six. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

Very quiet area..2 minute walk to the sand and surf..walk to shopping, eating etc. has bicycles, game room and full beach supplies.. Each bedroom has its own bathroom!! Plus a half bath on the living area floor. Very clean and full of light..

Jacksonville weekend

The downstairs area was a fun place for my kids to hang out when we weren’t at the beach. The location was great for a short drive to restaurants and stores. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend.
