Nice property but could be better

The house needs to be fumigated there were roaches on kitchen and bathroom counter. The house had a lot of pet hair and my family members are highly allergic. We had to take the rug out of the living room and place in garage due to the amount of pet hair. Pillows also had pet hair so place pillows in closet. Refrigerator door needs a spring it keeps slamming into the wall. Also would suggest purchasing new pot and baking dish sets (and wood or plastic cokking utensils).Also it would be nice to have a bind or curtain at sliding door and front door.
