Oceanfront | Completely Renovated | Luxury 3rd Floor Sea Dunes Villa

****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The Sea Dunes complex is currently undergoing mandatory exterior renovations through the end of November possibly extending into December (weather permitting; delays are possible). This project will impact the entire building and includes jackhammering, waterproofing, and ongoing exterior construction work. This remains an active exterior construction site. Guests should expect loud daytime construction noise, dust, workers and equipment on site, potential view obstruction, changing conditions, and the possibility of temporary access restrictions to certain areas or floors. While rentals are permitted during this time, construction conditions are disruptive and are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the uncertainty and risk associated with booking during an active construction period.
