LEGOLAND California Hotel

"The best part of our stay was the proximity to Legoland. Parking and signage felt confusing. I paid for $60 valet at the kiosk because Expedia didn’t send me an entrance code as a hotel guest. I was then charged another $55 for valet parking the same day. I wouldn’t have cared if the valet service was stellar. It was not. The poor guy was by himself and eating his lunch. I parked myself in the valet area and went inside to look for someone to help me. Everyone is super friendly but they don’t have enough folks working. The day of checkout I texted valet services asking for a luggage cart. When they didn’t show up by checkout, I loaded all of our stuff and trudged to the elevators and then he showed up. It just feels like they're really understaffed. Early entrance is super cool but be prepared to show your hotel room key again after you enter the park. The pool was amazing and the lifeguards are laser focused on safety. Very impressive! My room was impeccable. The housekeeping staff are all very nice as well as everyone who works in food services in the hotels and in the parks."
