This is the place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of ancient Istanbul. All of the restaurants were great, but Sarnic, magnificent setting in an ancient cistern, was an amazing experience!

I was very disappointed to stay in this 4 / 5 star hotel, the A/C did not work properly, i could not sleep during the first night and reported the problem to the front desk but it was not taken care the next day so i decided to leave the hotel and did not spent the second night, the refrigerator did not cool the drinks or my meds that i travel with, the hotel seems to save energy by having all the ac room controls and refrigerators under very warm settings. I will not stay in this hotel never again and do not recommend it during summer time. I want a supervisor to contact me to further discuus. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay. They upgraded our room and we stayed in a unit with spacious bedroom and living room. Super comfortable bed , great amenities. Breakfast was superb. Staff were wonderful and courteous . It was a five star hotel .

The hotel is located right next to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace Museum, which made it very easy for us to visit all three. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The only downsides were the outdated bathroom fixtures, such as the faucet and shower head, and the fact that there is no elevator in the hotel.

A+++ALL the way! From the moment we checked in we received great service from the staff. This hotel is just steps away from the Hagia Sophia mosque and close to everything. This large golf cart thing they have can take you everywhere around within short distance. My 90 year old father loved it. The buffet breakfast at the terrace was such a treat. We enjoyed the service there and the wide variety of Turkish breakfast food. Overall, I would love to stay here again in the future. Keep up the excellent work!
