Good hotel with fantastic relationship manager.

It was very great stay , Miss Neda (relationship manager ) was very helpfully and only becouse of her support and kindness we stayed one more night also in this hotel

Very pleasant!

All things being considered, we were very satisfied with our stay. The longer we were there the more we became comfortable with the area and found decent grocery stores and nice restaurants. The staff members were very polite and accommodating. Neda was exceptional, she was especially great with making sure that we were ok. She helped out with our luggages and gave us some very nice omelettes at breakfast.

Upon arriving it was an easy process, the personnel were very friendly to check in. I was greeted also by Neda in the lobby, she assisted my partner and I on which building we were to stay in. Side note: she was definitely a god send and the reason why I stayed at this hotel. My partner wanted to change hotels completely once we saw the room. I booked the Superior Condo, which stated it was 915sqft, which we felt was great and enough space. It definitely was not, it seemed like 650sqft. The bed was small and so was the shower, you can barely turn around in it. The couch was filthy and many other things were not up to par, in that apartment . If I knew, I would have tried to upgrade to the executive suite, but I’m sure it may not have been an option. We didn’t want to be a pain and complain but The room I had faced the street, even on the 28th floor it was very noisy, I did not sleep well at all. The only saving grace was guest relations (Neda) she went above and beyond to make sure even though there were Mis-steps, my partner and I still felt cared about; as this was our first time in Türkiye, we did not want to complain much on our holiday, but it was not as expected. I would stay there again if I have a better, quieter room.

We enjoyed staying in the G Tower. We had our car with us and there is easy and convenient parking under the tower. The breakfast was very good and staff are friendly - especially Neda in guest relations. She's the person to contact if you need something done. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The pool was also refreshing and the location, near the highway, was convenient. There is a small market which is super useful and there is a combo washer/dryer in the unit which was super convenient!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The rudest staff I’ve ever seen in my years of traveling. Dirty rooms! Dust everywhere, windows so dirty, it was a pain looking outside. Bathroom catastrophe. Water boiler had mold inside of it. Roomservice doesn’t understand English. Reception knows yes and no. They will get you with the pictures and then when you get there they will insist on no cancellation policy!
