"LaToya at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was warm, personable, and made our check-in process quick, easy, and efficient. The staff at Cocodrillo were also incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Coral Beach was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The service there was phenomenal, and we really enjoyed spending time by the water. The casino staff were also a lot of fun and kept the atmosphere entertaining. The bartenders at Bar SOL (I believe that's the name of the bar inside the casino) were amazing and provided outstanding service. The only downside of our stay was Poseidon restaurant. In my opinion, it was overpriced and overrated. After spending about $300 for three people, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the food did not seem fresh, and it made me sick, which completely ruined my evening. I would not recommend dining there. My only other suggestion would be for the hotel to pay a little more attention to cleanliness in the bathrooms, both in the guest rooms and around the property. Overall, we had a great experience thanks to the outstanding staff and beautiful property. With a few improvements, particularly regarding the restaurant and bathroom cleanliness, this would easily be an exceptional destination."
