Vue magnifique et établissement parfait pour se reposer

Arrivée irréprochable bel accueil de la personne à la sécurité de Sotavento ainsi que Juan Carlos. Installation extérieur et piscine excellent. Condo bien équipé et terrasse époustouflante avec une vue imprenable sur les eaux turquoise.bouteille d’eau en quantité bien apprécié par temps chaud . Chambre confortable juste le divan du salon inconfortable mais on à profiter davantage de la terrasse. Endroit calme à refaire sans hésitez

The condo was very clean. The view was amazing. The South Island is definitely my favorite, laid back and relaxed. Plenty of good restaurants near by and the people are amazing!!!

Quiet end of the island!

Our first trip to Isla Mujeres and we stayed at Sotavento Isla condos on the southern end of the island, away from the hubbub of the downtown area and crowed North Beach. The condo was sufficiently equipped and the appliances included a clothes washer and dryer. The swimming pool was clean and warm. My only gripe was that the condo was sparsely furnished. The one couch was very low and quite uncomfortable and there were no side chairs. The representative/Consierge was very professional and most helpful with good recommendation for nearby restaurants within walking distance. For trips further afield, a taxi or a rented golf cart sufficed. We will return.

Quiet and peaceful

My boyfriend and I had a great time on Isla. This property was just what we were looking for. Nice quiet end of the island. The pool was refreshing and a nice strip of restaurants close by.

Great Spot on Isla

Wonderful quiet spot in Isla away from the hustle and bustle of Norte. We were stocked up with tons of water cooler water bottles (rather than small individual ones) and the kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/dryer was fantastic to be able to pack light. Unit was clean and quiet. Communication with the manager was excellent and he gave us great recommendations for restaurants. While there are a few very close eating and beach club options, having a golf cart for the week really gave us the freedom to move around. Would highly recommend!

This property was beautiful the views every morning priceless. Jan Carlos was amazing was in communication before arrival and checkout was super easy. This condo has everything you need. Will be booking again soon!

Amazing Views

My husband and myself just spent a week here. Everything was amazing! The views can't be beat! The location is on the south end of the island which is quieter but still has bars/restaurants and beaches in walking distance. We recommend getting a golf cart ( it took about 18 min from the condo to the north beach in our golf cart.) The pool was great and the bed was comfortable! The only thing we would change would be the couch, but we weren't inside very much! Thank you for being so accomodating and resposive.

Review of the Experience

The Condo was very nice. We wish that the questions we sent were answered so we would not have had to take extra things that were already there. Our biggest issue was the overall odor, which some days were worse than others. We noticed an air freshener in the duck but thought that it needed to be replaced perhaps. Some days were really bad with the smell.
