Excellent location. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Train station a few minutes from the Hotel. Be aware that they are doing some remodeling in some of the rooms. Adela at the front desk was excellent and she gave us lots of tips to explore the area after she gave us our Interlaken Pass that you can use for unlimited public transportation around the Interlaken area .

The hotel is very good value for money with clean and tidy rooms,comfortable bed and pillows and good shower and bathroom appointments.There is a lift in the building. Breakfast is included with lots of options. A pizza restaurant is downstairs.I did not eat there but the aroma from the kitchen was lovely.

Everything about it is amazing. Room size, room ammenties. Free coffee and water, breakfast included. Free transportation around Interlaken. Staff will help you with attractions and visiting the city. Only "bad" thing (and it really isn't a big issue) is that there are no ACs in your room. Not a problem though because it doesn't get hot in Interlaken that much and they do include 2 fans in your room
