Omni was great! Food was good and it was walking distance to everything we needed for the weekend- restaurants, convention center and punch bowl social. Service and overall hotel was a great stay.

Heat system so loud , unable to watch TV & stay warm , room was fairly dirty still, planned my stay due to extreme cold weather using the cat walk through warm mall to access convention center. No one told me this wasn’t available due to construction until my arrival. Bed was way too soft , heavy upper torso sunk so deep into the mattress I was inverted with blood rushing to my head / sleep was very poor as a result.
