Worst stay ever

Buulding is under construction, room had one of the tiny window pads for extra sleeping that looked as if it had been peed on. Some of the room outlets didnt work the ice machine didnt work. And was woken up to construction in the hallway on sunday morning. They required a deposit of 60.00 with my pmt for damages. There was no amenities but a couple bars of soap. Now i wait for a deposit back after they make sure everything is ok with the room. We didnt even use the shower

No customer service

There was no staff at check in. It was a virtual kiosk. The connection was terrible so it was hard to understand the person on the video chat. In the morning, there was no breakfast (even though a breakfast was advertised). There was supposed to be a coffee bar, but the machine was unplugged and there were no supplies. No staff on hand meant no customer service at all.

They were under construction and there was no one there in person so we checked in and out with a machine. I never felt un safe by any means but it was still startling to walk in and see a missing wall. I’d have appreciated an email heads up that construction was happening. Other than that the room was good and the area was nice.

Good Value

Good stay for the money. At this time, the lobby and hallways are being renovated, but the rooms are finished. It's a cheaper motel, so it's not the fanciest, but nice for Motel 6. The new front light wasn't working, but the A/C did excellent, everything else worked, and the bathroom was great too. This is the third Motel 6 I have stayed at that you don't want to be barefoot in all the time. It's not filthy, but the floor's dirty enough to mark your feet. I got what I was looking for, just a bed and shower on the way to somewhere else. They also have the new AI kiosk out front now too, not a fan but it worked out.
