I booked 3 rooms a month in advance One of the rooms was for a family of 5; not enough towels were provided. Had to request them at the front desk. They should have been better prepared for this. Our room, the door didn’t stay closed. It was fixed the next day. A/C shut down in the room for the family of 5 on the last day. Had to move all their stuff to another room. Staff was very apologetic Good breakfast! Dining seating very comfortable. Pool very clean. Pool towels could be a little larger; they were more like hand towels. Appreciated the signs throughout the hotel saying 10:00pm all guests should keep noise to an absolute minimum

Quiet and Clean

Nice, quiet stay. The only negative is that the hvac system in the room needs an upgrade and there is a stale smell. Everything else was good.

The property is starting to show its age. The air conditioner does any work well and the room was a little stuffy. Pool was okay but nothing special. There is no longer a fire pit. Bathtub was dirty looking. Breakfast would have been good if it were hot but the food was cold and was not replenished when it was empty. Overall I was disappointed because most reviews had it rated so much better.

Nice room

We weren’t in the room much over the 2 nights we were there. The desk attendants were pleasant and accommodating. The hotel itself is very nice, new and spacious. The room with double beds was fine, but a little small. There was only a desk chair and no room for another. The beds were very comfortable, as was the temperature. Definitely will stay in a Beat Western Plus again.
