Window shade fell off the window while in my room. Hot tub was broken and staff failed even mention it at check in… it was a reason we picked this hotel. When we asked for a discount, we’re told “ not when you book through a 3rd party”. Disappointing especially when there are many other hotels in the area with more amenities. Will not be back

We were in a room that offered snacks which sounds really nice until we saw what was offered. All perishable items were expired/moldy. The apple and orange were also moldy. We spoke to the manager and she said it would be taken care of immediately. We were there for two nights and the food was not replaced even after 3 requests.

We asked for our room not to be cleaned, and the gentleman at the front desk noted it on our room. Housekeeping came in and cleaned anyway. Not ok since we were very specific. He noted the account again the next day as well, but it had already been done. Also, the second night, we had someone above us stomping around until almost 1am. The hotel did make contact, and the noise stopped immediately.

I loved this place! The staff was amazing! From the airport shuttle drivers (night and morning) to the one that checked us in to the food service to the one that checked us out, they did their job well and with a smile. Thank you! The only thing I didn't love was that one neighbor was snoring and the other one was talking loud. Other than that, everyone worked with honesty and professionalism. The place was clean. The menu food choices at the breakfast area were good. The rooms had everything needed. And the snack choices at the entry way were perfect!

Not so great stay

Upon check in and check out in the morning, staff wasn't the friendliest. I tried to book online with my Hilton honors account and couldn't so I booked with a third party and when I asked for my free waters because I am a diamond member, check out staff argued with me about charging me for the water in our room. We asked for a quiet floor and room as we traveled for 14+hrs and it was so noisy until after 11:00pm and the bed was as hard as a rock. It was like sleeping on the floor. Not sure what the hang up was this trip as we have always had friendly service.
