Nice friendly staff. Rooms need to be renovated. Bathroom requires renovations. They are no good for older people trying to have a shower because of the bath shower combination.

Staff were excellent and very friendly. Room was a little dated and a bit rough round the edges but it was huge and everything worked. Light switches all over the place and it wasn’t necessarily in a logical place or order. Gorgeous pool area, great river and sunset views.

The location is convenient for commuting. Beautiful view of the Huong River. It was so peaceful! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options from Vietnamese cuisine to Western food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Their hospitality was great!

Great location on riverside and next to night market street (which is not worth the visit). Staff are first class and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Very good stay.

Terrible room for a family stay.

Absolute bust as family accomodation. Room was so small we were all tripping over each other. Two extra single beds were placed where other rooms had sitting areas and the only small, rundown bathroom was right next to one single bed. To top it off every night we had a soundtrack of thumping dance music. To give credit where due, staff weee very friendly and helpful, but this was the worst accomodation of the whole trip.

Great location with lots of dining options within a short walk. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice extra touches of welcome drinks, fruit in the room and daily bottles of water. We had no towels in the bathroom but this was quickly remedied. Would happily stay here again.
