Fabulous hotel with wonderful and friendly staff. Special shout to to Nguyen who helped with a flight issue I had. I ended up upgrading to a room on The Level and it was huge with great views across Hue. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and there was both a bath and a shower. The afternoon tea offering was fabulous - free cocktails, wine and canapes every day between 1530 - 1800. The pool was absolutely huge and when I went, I was the only one in it! It also has a really nice Sky Bar.

The hotel is getting older in a forest of hotels that being built around it. The rooms are on path for a renovation of the rooms. But, the staff and service was fantastic. The restaurants and the ding service are bravura.
