This property was spectacular. Very nice and modern. Staff are very nice and helpful. Definitely make you feel luxurious like a 5 star hotel should. Great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was probably done if the best food I had in Hue. Only thing the hotel should consider is evaluate the Xich Lo people in front of the hotel. I felt bad for them and decided to ask them to take me to the market, it would've been more comfortable if i just take a Grab taxi like i normally do. The guy quoted me 50k which is more than a taxi but whatever. On the way there, he lied and said the market is not open yet and he can take me around to see some stuff. After discussing with my husband I agree. They took us around to all these weird places and recommend a restaurant that with nasty tasting food. I finally had it and told them i just want to be dropped off the at the market. It's about 1.5 hrs including time we took for breakfast. They charged us 500k each! Be aware. There is a nicer guy up the front but I'm scarred after that awful experience.

new hotel in Hue, very good price for a good hotel. However, I didnot really my benefit from a VIP Access hotel I should get from Gold orbitz. Check -in a bit slow but I got a bit early check-in before 2PM. I booked just one night, but some incidents I called the hotel if I can check in at 2AM on previous night, they said I have to pay full one day (for 6hrs early check-in), with their full price (not orbitz price). I refused, but asked for late check-out until 6PM, and paid 30% of their full price. Services and room were ok, nice design, but seems no special treatment for orbitz guess.
Located right in the center. Nice and convenient. Friendly and super helpful staffs. Decent buffet breakfast. Manager is professional. Accommodated us with special requests. We decided to do late check out last minute and process was quick and easy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend.
There was a huge group checking in on my arrival and I had to wait quite long. However, the staff asked me to come and check in when tour guides are still occupying the check in counters. (WHY???) After check in, went up to sky bar. Seems like they do not know how to run the bar. There's no dress code, no age limit. Kids were running around, crying surrounded by smokers at the bar. 90% of hotel staffs doesn't speak English and was very hustle to communicate with them from 1 to 10. Seems like there's no FIT guests. Just filling up rooms with Asian GIT. I don't think I will come back or recommend this hotel to my people around who wants quiet and luxury experience.
