A nice hotel in Downtown Houston. The staff was amazing and very friendly. From check in to check out they gave outstanding customer service. One thing I didn’t like was the fact that parking was extra each day and there was only one working elevator for all floors.
Shuttle to Minute Maid unexpected and completely reliable

This was a really nice hotel with by far the best amenities in room I’ve ever had (DOVE) my go to hotel when staying in Downtown Houston now..
Location was great, they offer free shuttle to any place within 1.5 miles from the hotel which is neat. Cleanliness was great and their morning breakfast had alot more than just bagels and cereal. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Over all our stay was very pleasant.

It was pretty expensive with the added costs of parking, but we were glad there was a secure garage. We needed the downtown location so it worked out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Everything was good
It didn’t come across as safe, there was no restaurant open at the hotel or near by.
