The front desk guy was extremely efficient and helpfull. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was weird but ok. Its loud at night. Flushing toilets can be heard from different rooms, the heater clicks while its on and for some time after turning off. The fire alarm went off for about 10 seconds at 2:08 a.m.

So I sent pictures of what the bathroom look like there was crap in the toilet a plunger was left in front of the toilet there was a nasty rag left on the back of the toilet The front desk had to come up there and clean it and remove everything
